Family with children hotel from hell

I gotta tell ya, the staff was kind and accommodating, but the dirty room situation was unbelievable. I mean, hair on the walls and trash on the floor? What kind of hotel runs like this?

It wasn’t cheap but still an acceptable gamble for a decent stay.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Select, and it impressed me. The cleanliness and comfort provided a perfect retreat after a long day. I encountered a few maintenance issues with the shower that could use attention. A good experience in Birmingham.

Good place to crash, but just that

I was in town for a wedding and it was basically a place to sleep. The staff was nice, but breakfast options were slim and pricey. The bistro had limited food, and parking was a hassle. Also, our towels went missing after we left them out. At least we could chill outside in the picnic area!

I recently stayed for one night in a Deluxe King Room. The room was clean and the staff were friendly, making my check-in easy. However, I found the refrigerator not working well and the overall décor felt a bit dated, which could use an update. It’s good for a quick stop but may need some improvements.

Had a fantastic group vacation! We explored nearby attractions like the zoo and botanical gardens. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff which made everything easier. Just a heads up, make sure to check in early to grab the best parking spots. Definitely recommend staying here with friends!

The beds were not comfortable at all during our stay. The pillows looked fluffy but went flat when we laid our heads on them, which made it a bit hard to sleep well.

Additionally, having only two face towels was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I liked the modern decor throughout the hotel and found the parking to be easy and well-lit.
